Professional Coaching
All our coaches are highly certified and educated. Our Academy Coaches are trained & mentored at TOVO Institute in Barcelona, Spain. Our coaches "re-program" players using 3 key Chapters: Managing Oneself, Managing the ball, and Managing Space. Within these 3 chapters we teach over 14 principles of play that help players understand the game which is one of our uncompromising believes that a player must understand the game before they can perform at their highest level!
Our coaches are educated through the Canadian Soccer Association and National Coaching Certification Program (NCCP). This includes making ethnical decisions, respect in the workplace, sport safety, and concussion awareness.
Our Mission
Premier Academy strives to take on players and their families who are seeking a true European development program. Our Academy will develop athletes using Spanish / Dutch training curriculum that comes from a world leader Institute in Barcelona, Spain. The Academy's focus is to develop the individual using the team unit as the vehicle which can be a very different approach from most North American Clubs. Our focus at Premier is to develop players for university environments, semi-professional and professional opportunities.
