Completed advanced coaching mentorship at the TOVO Institute in Barcelona under Todd Beane (Johan Cruyff methodology).
Continued professional development at Ajax FC in Amsterdam, learning directly from leading youth coaches.

Selected for the Romanian U-17 National Team (1986–1987) and played professionally in Romania and Hungary.
Former co-owner and manager of the Mississauga Eagles in the CPSL, bringing leadership and club operations experience.
Completed training at the TOVO Institute (Barcelona) and is now a certified player agent and licensed scout through Sports Management Worldwide.

Coach Caed is Premier Soccer Academy’s first-ever homegrown athlete, transitioning from Academy captain to coach. His deep understanding of PSA’s culture, curriculum, and philosophy, combined with his natural leadership makes him a key mentor within the Academy’s youth development pathway.

Professional Background:
Original Premier Academy athlete (beginning in 2014) and the inaugural full-time program cohort (2017–Graduation).
Former Academy captain and 6'5" starting centre back, known for consistency, leadership, and embodying the Academy’s DNA.
Chose to forego multiple university soccer opportunities to pursue coaching full-time, immediately completing BC Soccer coaching certifications.
Trained at the TOVO Institute in Barcelona (2023), learning directly from PSA’s European mentorship team and deepening his understanding of cognitive-based training and the Academy’s principles of play.
